Microsoft Outlook is a personally identifiable information management software system included in the Microsoft Office suite. Outlook is essentially an email client, and also contains calendaring, task management, contact management, note-taking, journal logging, and web surfing. It helps you to send and receive emails, manage your calendar, save contact names and numbers, and monitor your tasks.

No Code Outlook and Salesforce integration process
Step 1
Log in to your Salesforce account. Setup may be found in the drop-down menu. Enter Outlook in the Fast Find Box, then choose Outlook Integration and Sync. Then, to enable it, click the Outlook Integration and Lightning Sync buttons. Activate the Enhanced Email function in Outlook. From the drop-down option, choose Active and Notify Reps. Choose the Edit option. To select the Active and Advanced Email Security Settings checks, click the Save button.
Next, type Outlook again in the Fast Find Box and choose Outlook Configuration. Then, from the drop-down option, choose New Outlook Configuration. In the basic information area, put your chosen Name and toggle the Active tick to true.
Step 2.1
Pick Users from the Assign users and profiles area, and then select the users to whom you wish to provide Outlook sync permission from the Available Members section. Then, on the left, click the Add button to add them to the Assigned Members section.
Pick Profile in the Assign Users and Profiles area, and then select the profile to whom you want to grant Outlook sync authority in the Available Members section. On the left, click the Add button to add them to the Assigned Members area.

Step 2.3
Click the Set Default Sync option to Sync All Outlook Items checkbox in the Data Settings section. As needed, enable the Allow users to choose attachments option.
Select Sync Both Ways and then conflict in Contacts Sync Direction. Allow users to make modifications by checking the necessary boxes.
Step 2.5
Repeat the preceding steps for Events and Tasks, then click the Save button.
Step 3
Salesforce Configuration
Upgrade to Salesforce Classic right away. From the drop-down menu next to the Setup menu, select My Settings. Now. Fill up your User Name. Enter Outlook in the search box and choose Salesforce for Outlook.
To get Salesforce for Outlook, go to the bottom of the page and click the Download (Version) button. If Microsoft Outlook is open, close it. Run the Setup File on your computer.
Integration of Salesforce and Outlook
Step 4.1
You'll be able to use Salesforce for Outlook once you've completed installing it on your computer. Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer. To sync your email address, please utilize Microsoft Outlook. Click the upward arrow button on the taskbar on the system's right side.
Step 4.2
There is a Salesforce for Outlook Symbol. Select "Settings" from the mouse's "right-click" menu.
Step 4.3
Salesforce username and password are necessary. Then, click the Login button. Next, click the Allow button. Choose Sync Only the Outlook Items I Choose. Select the default choice, then click the Next button.
Use the Save button to save the file. Salesforce Outlook Integration has been completed successfully. To adjust your settings, right-click the Salesforce for Outlook system tray icon and select Options. Close the window.
