There are two ways to send an Email Alert to anyone.
1. Standard Email Alert: In this type of email alert, we have to make a “Classic Email Template” or “Lightning Email Alert” by which we can automate.
Process:-
- Go to Setup and search for Email Alert click on Email Alert in Workflow Action after that here you find the “All Email Alerts” page.
- In the All Email Alert page Click on New Email Alert.
- After making a new email alert head toward Flow, now search for flow in quick find and click on Flows.
- In Flow, you can select Object.
- In flow canvas select Action element.
- In Action element you find two filters, choose Type in the filter.
- In Type filter select Email Alert and search for your email alert name which is you made in the previous step.

- In Flows select record trigger flow then Choose an object and then choose Action Element
- In Action element you find two filters, choose Type in the filter.
- In Type filter select Core Action
